In all this hostility on the border, our youth still appreciates Indian entertainment like movies, songs, vulgarity, dramas etc, the moral question is it ok to go and watch Chennai Express at Atrium Cinema when Indian Army is killing people through its unprovoked artillery fire?
India and Pakistan got separated on the basis of two nation theory, the founder fathers knew that the differences between Hindu and Muslims have in their culture, religion, traditions, etc... wouldn't allow the two to live peacefully, and Muslims wouldn't be able to formulate a constitution according to Quran and Sunnah at places where they were in Majority, many saying of Quaid-e-Azam confirms this (browse this pdf documents for various quotes of Quaid-e-Azam with reference)
Pakistan came into being and unfortunately the secular forces didn't allowed the implementation of Quran and Sunnah as the basis of constitutions, how this happened is a long story, but the important thing is that vast majority of Pakistan still wants this (read this and watch the video clip on this post) and explicitly practice Islam with complete freedom in personal domain. Although as a whole Pakistani nation lacks behind in implementation of Islamic principles, however their inspirations, ideals, criterion to judge right and wrong, values etc, all comes from Quran and Sunnah.
It was rightly said by an analyst in a television talk show that if Pakistan becomes a success story then around two dozen Muslim states will be created inside India as many different states with Muslim Majority wants to get independence from India for the same reasons. This reason is enough to make Indian wish for a destabilized Pakistan, but the question is what Pakistanis, particularly its educated youth are doing as whole in this difficult situation.
Pakistani media and entertainment industry is constantly promoting the content imported across our eastern border which blatantly violates and contradicts with the fundamental ideals, values, traditions, beliefs for which Pakistan was created in the first place. Our youth delightfully welcome this content out of immaturity and lack of wisdom, and unfortunately there is hardly anyone to guide them. The point is while appreciating the features of hindu society, what reason is left to defend the boundaries of Pakistan which were drawn on the map of the world just because of the differences in Islam and Hindu values, culture, beliefs, ideals, traditions, etc.
The politicians in india incite hate against Pakistan whenever they want to win public support, as indian public is one of racist in the world (check this) and doesn't get away with any opportunity to butcher Muslim population whenever they get a chance in India (watch this); their religion extremists envisions an Akhand Bharat, which encompases the entire subcontinenet including Pakistan into one single hindu dominated country as well... and amidst all of this Pakistani youth prefers to watch Chennai Express etc., without realizing, if God forbids Indian Army ever got a chance to enter their homes, what they would do with your mothers, sisters and daughters despite how large a collection of indian movies and songs you might have in your home? Would they spare you for being a Pakistani and a Muslim? If vast majority of Indian Hindus are not willing to tolerate any differences, then what benefits does it brings to us while enjoying their filth in the name of entertainment, what reason do we have to maintain a separate identity, and a boundary wall to protect our unique identity and our beliefs?
Its no doubt as a society we are sick, but does this mean we should become more careless and willingly indulge ourselves in more filth to contaminate our soul even more? have we changed our ideals, qibla already? if not then where our focus and concentration should be; and do we really have a choice when our enemies are clear in their minds and have expressed explicitly how they want to treat us?
There is no denial of the importance of peace with neighbours and all efforts should be done if its possible by any means, however a clap requires two hands, and if counterparty isn't interested then we really need to have a secure backup plan just in case our aman ki asha morph itself into jang ki bhasha in words of Sheikh Rasheed!
But is our youth ready? if not then Indians have already won the war!
