This is a no-nonsense documentary showing that the technology exists to control weather and can also cause earthquakes so that they can be used as weapons, it is rightly said by the narrator (of this documentary) that "man now intends to play god", if so that one must ask what implication would this holds on future of this plant, or humanity as a whole ... there are allegations that Haiti earthquake is also caused intentionally by US via the same technologies, we cannot be certain ... however one must not over look the history of US and allies conspiring to take control of this region, Mark Weisbrot in an article "Haiti needs water, not occupation" published by Guardian UK:
The US, together with Canada and France, conspired openly for four years to topple Haiti's elected government, cutting off almost all international aid in order to destroy the economy and make the country ungovernable. They succeeded. For those who wonder why there are no Haitian government institutions to help with the earthquake relief efforts, this is a big reason. Or why there are 3 million people crowded into the area where the earthquake hit. US policy over the years also helped destroy Haitian agriculture, for example, by forcing the import of subsidised US rice and wiping out thousands of Haitian rice farmers.
US troops have descended by helicopter to take control of Haiti's ruined presidential palace as the earthquake relief operation intensifies.
Is it for Oil? or something else, what ever it was, this disaster has definitely provided US and allies all the opportunities to get what they have wanted since decades; Hugo Chavez, President of Venezuela, takes it further, he said "US was 'playing God' by testing devices capable of creating eco-type catastrophes", in other words, according to Hugo Chavez US would kills hundreds of thousands to tame its lust for natural resources, which it has no moral right to claim.
Can this (above) cause this (below; imagine 100,000 + people likewise)?

Because the wather and a lot of food are finishing, even though we dont know for real the big problem that its cuz the goverment doesnt allow to give this new, they will become to kill people causing a lot of damage.
